1. Why did you start using GymPact?
When I first heard about GymPact, I thought “Making money to go to the gym? Where do I sign up!” I’m a sucker for fitness apps, and this was one that I couldn’t miss out on.
2. How has it been working for you so far?
The incentive definitely gets me to the gym more often (big pact, high stakes!). But more importantly, I know that I will NEVER miss a work out. In the past I’ve gotten into slumps where I miss a bunch of workouts in a row (don’t we all?) and it kind of spirals from there. Knowing that GymPact is keeping tabs on me makes me think twice about skipping.
3. What is your favorite fitness tip?
“Train mean, eat clean, live lean” (And ladies, lifting won’t make you bulky!)
4. Is there anything specific you are waiting to spend your earnings on?
More workout gear! When you’re at the gym 5+ times a week, you have to keep looking fresh!
5. What one piece of advice would you give to other GymPacters to stay motivated?
Schedule in your workouts every week and make them a priority. Make your GymPact stakes higher so that you won’t be tempted to skip a workout (works like a charm for me). Remember how GOOD it feels to be healthy, and hang on to that feeling when you’re feeling unmotivated!
